Water Quality Store — Local services in Wisconsin Rapids

Bryan and his team took over the maintenance contract for a set of spas we installed at a clients rental property. When I approached Bryan about the project he was immediately on board even though this was not one of his installs. Since we are located several hundred miles away from site we needed a professional team to manage these units and provide technical service moving forward. Communication between his team, the client, and our team has been fantastic! We couldn't have found a better team to partner with. Bryan and his staff have always been extremely helpful in any questions I have had about my water treatments. We have purchased chemicals from the store for our hot tub in the past. The store always has what we need in stock. We purchased water filtration system from Bryan this past fall and not only was the unit reasonably priced, the staff was great at installing it and making sure we understood how it worked and answered any questions we had about it. We will be purchasing a new hot tub from the store...

I wish I could put pictures on here to show the subpar work they do putting water systems in. Instead of using pex or copper like most professionals do, they use cpvc pipe and shark bite fittings. If it wasn’t $600 to return the unit it would be sitting on his driveway tonight! I have a brand new home that we have lived in for 2 weeks and it looks like a Mobile home expert installed it. Oh by the way, the owner said this was all my fault...
