Rocky Rococo Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Wisconsin Rapids

Visited this restaurant in the evening around 8pm. Walked in, first noticed the entry door was covered in finger prints, very dirty. There were only two other customers in the place. Went up to the counter to order, the girl up there greeted us as though we were bothering her. No smile, no pleasantry what so ever. Ordered two combos, one with bread sticks, one with a salad. The salad bar was a mess that needed to be cleaned up. Sat down to eat, then one of the staff comes out and proceeds to start vacuuming all around us as we tried to eat. Not what you want to contend with while having dinner. They are open until 10pm could they not have waited until people were out of the restaurant? Maybe tend to the filthy front door or clean and stock the salad bar? In all very disappointing, food was less than satisfactory, service was shameful. Try smiling at the customers and show them you appreciate them patronizing your establishment. The restaurant could have used more attention to cleanliness. There were enough staff just standing around in the back that all the cleanliness issues could have been addressed. ...

Stopped with the family for pizza & salad. Upon entering noted many tables were unclean, while only one other table was occupied. My toddler is potty training & not only was the womans bathroom needing attention to the point of not being able to use it, the mens bathroom was as well. Very disgusting. The salad bar was a mess with multiple dressings on handles & foods mixed together, which presents a major problem for those with life threatening food allergies like my daughter. The children's menu came with a ticket to redeem for a dish of ice cream, I inquired to the worker about the ingredients so as to make sure it was safe for my daughter, the worker stated she couldn't show me because she had just thrown the container away. My friend and I came in and ordered 2 slices of pizza each. Mine (cheese) was already on hand. They handed my friend a number and said the wait may be around 10 min. They said "We will bring it out to you." We sat there for 15 solid minutes before finally getting up and going up to the counter, where 5 or 6 teenagers were loudly talking and messing around. We asked the kid at the register and he turned and handed us the two slices we had been waiting for... which had been ready and waiting. Nobody brought it out. If we had not asked, would these clueless teenagers ever think to bring somebody the food they paid for? Very rude service. Just too many kids on the clock standing around doing nothing. Will...
