Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Wisconsin Rapids

I want to understand why the place has over nine people in back and only a few actually working. The others are just standing around like they have no clue what to do. Here’s a tip when it’s not busy inside or drive through, send them wipe down the tables and chairs and sweep the floor and clean up the huge mess by the fountain machine. The manager of this place should take pride in this place and want his/her worker to work and show them, stand beside them and guide them. It was hard to find a clean table to sit down. If you took more time in the cleaning efforts people would come here more often. If you had workers that greeted people upon arrival that would make a difference as well. Seeing as it’s not busy today inside or outside and it took almost 18 mins for two chicken tacos and two chalupas 🤦‍♀️ and to open them with hardly any meat and it’s cold as hell. I would be ashamed. The food was hard and cold and I told the manager and she said her temps are good then why is the food cold wet soggy and Chalupa’s were hard. She didn’t care for that a complaint was made and did nothing to fix the food or problem. Never again will I come back because this place is a big joke. I will be reaching out to corporate...

The absolute hands down worst service I have ever seen. Get ignored in drive through for 5 min just to be told that they close in 20 min and are no longer serving. Had to call to be informed of their decision to stop serving early and then was bung up on when asked if I could get nacho chips for my kid. And that was just the most recent incident. Once went to get some KFC (taco bell/KFC combined in one place) just to be told that the KFC side was closed. And this was between 5-6 in the Evening! They haven't even had lights on the drive through menu for months so you can't even read the menu. You have to look it up on your phone just to know what they have! And half the time they are out of it. And to use the drive through you might as well plan on it being 15 min from the time you order to getting your food. And thats with you being the only one in the drive through! ThisTaco Bell/KFC is the ONLY one I will never go to again. Would rather go to the local Burger King than waist my time on this place again. Haven't been at the local BK in 6+ months if that tells you anything. It was terrible. Ordered a 12 pc Taco box. Took 30 minutes to get it. The shells hardly had anything in them. The cashier said he would have another box made. I asked if he wanted the bad ones back and he said no because they can't take food back. After another 20 minutes my disabled wife who can't speak goes up and using her type and speak machine wanted to know where our Tacos were. A worker came and told her that they can't make a new order until they get the other ones back. I gave her the box back and told her what the cashier said about taking food back. My wife told her the same thing but the worker just turned her back on her and gave her degrading wave behind her back as she walked away. My wife finally got the manager who apologized and blamed this on a shortage of help. My wife said she would only accept her money back which the manager did.
