I bought a product from them that was defective. When I asked that it be replaced they told me not their problem, they only sell it. Call the manufacturer was the extent of their help. Terrible customer service. Might as well just shop on line with free shipping.
Follow up to my review. I brought this issue up with corporate customer service. The manager of Woburn told corporate customer service that he did not have any of my item in stock so he could only send me to the manufacturer. That was a lie. First, he never looked at inventory but immediately told me to contact the manufacturer. Second, I looked at the web page after speaking with him and it reported three of my item in stock at the store. Why pay more money for the worse customer service than I get using...

If you call the store, they'll tell you that "Woodworking I" is an extremely advanced class, which is an absolute prerequisite for any other class they offer. They will tell you that this is the appropriate class for those with decades of experience, because decades of experience outside of their extra-special, extra-advanced class could not possibly prepare you for their other classes.
AFTER they take your money and you arrive at the class, the instructor will tell you that it's a class for rank beginners who have never touched a woodworking tool in their lives.

Also, they hire enough staff so you rarely wait to get help - awesome in the middle of a work day. As an older woman who knows a lot about woodworking, I've really been impressed that never has any staff person talked down to me, or assumed I was a beginner, or made me feel at all different from the other customers.
