If you want quality service you need to go when they are not busy and more than one person is working. I went to rent a large party tent, tables, chairs, and other items needed for an even of 250 plus people. The attendant kept uttering that she was to busy doing balloon orders and myself as well as others would have to wait (which we did for close to an hour). There was a gentleman in front of me waiting for the same service. When it was finally out turn we were told to return later since it would take to long to take the rental order. I just wanted to thank the Owner and his pleasant staff for going above and beyond last week! We placed an order of rentals and linen, linen came from a 3rd party and something went wrong- was NOT Party Plus fault or anything they could of avoided. I had the owner of Party Plus reach out to us ASAP even though was after hours and event was next day, he sent one of his lovely staff out first thing in the morning to make sure everything looked great; and it sure did! This place is awesome. I rented with them for yrs but I really noticed how great their prices are for the great amount of stuff u can rent from here for any kind of party. I did a memorial birthday party, field day and all products I rented were great! The hrs of return are great and prices in case u don't make it in time at least u won't be in the hole with large fees, unless u break something.
