Whooster Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Waterbury

The building is a little run down, some seats have holes in them or just very poor patching. It desperately needs a makeover. It's old fashion and based on few decor items its hard to tell if they want Greek or Italy. The prices are good depending on what you order and the food taste okay. I only like the grinders and pizza here. The appetizers and salads I feel you should get a bit more food out of it for the prices of them :/ I don't like the fact you have to constantly pay for refills, that's what made me run away. The glasses aren't that big and the pitcher just isn't enough for a table of 4 or more people. They did not tell me about the refill charge until afterwards when I very first went there and got my bill, wondering why it was so high. Delivery was late when I tried to do that. I won't be here...

I ordered 2 antipasto salads with oil and vinegar and ranch for each salad they basically sent me 2 chef salads with sliced carrots and 1ranch and 1oil/vinegar when I called back the young lady told me I have to ask for extra dressings and they're 50¢ each and made it seem like it's my fault cause I didn't ask for extra or say for each salad it's her job to inform the details when I order she could have asked me what dressings I wanted for both salads not just one why would I want dressing for 1 salad and not the other poor customer service and phone etiquette not to mention this is my second time ordering from them and they messed that order up too I asked for buffalo chicken salad they gave me crispy chicken salad smh safe to say I wouldn't order take out...

Just say no to sad pizzas... For toppings I wanted 1.bacon Fresh garlic Spinach 4 mozzarella cheese .....according to the person who picked up this was the pizza i ordered they would make me one i could come get or give me a credit and would not redeliver because they do not come to my address... on top of i it on they closed early..suffice to say they caused a headache because I could not drive and needed to eat.. Thanks Guys for the free pizza though.. Well they dont have to worry about coming out to my address... I regret exploring new places....... Just say no to SAD...
