I couldn’t wait anymore to rewrite this review the first time this was place was great from when we walked in,the staff were friendly they made sure we had a great time,drinks were well prepared and food was very tasteful,definitely going back. Our second time our expectations were the same or better,well our order took one hour and a half food was TASTELESS and COLD,staff didn’t want to do anything about it,I shouldn’t have to pay for it,but I’m not a person that do that. The third time I was invited to have lunch with some relatives,food took literary 2 hours to be serve also this time TASTELESS and COLD their excuse was one of the chefs didn’t showed up to work. This place is advertised a lot seems to be a nice,but food and service is really BAD. Rather go the a Chinese buffet.

Primera vez en este establecimiento ya que estaba cerca del taller mecánico donde realizaban el cambio de aceite a mi vehículo. El lugar es bastante limpio más el servicio sufre de muchas fallas (pobre atención al cliente, una vez que servidos los platillos la mesera nunca regresó a preguntar cómo estábamos o si necesitábamos algo más). Pedimos alitas de pollo estilo buffalo para comenzar (lamentablemente todos los platillos fueron traídos al mismo tiempo y las alitas no eran estilo búfalo). Tuvimos que llamar la atención de la mesera para que nos pudiera dar la cuenta y mi sorpresa es que este establecimiento tiene un cobro por el servicio (indague en el internet para saber a ciencia cierta el propósito de este). Muchos establecimientos lo hacen para indirectamente obtener el porcentaje mínimo de 15% sobre el total del costo de la factura, el cual se presume es la propina más no podemos asegurar si el dueño del establecimiento se lo pagará a los meseros/as. No soy una persona injusta cuando se trata de dar propina más si me gusta ver que el mesero/a de la atención merecida al cliente. No está en mis planes regresar a este establecimiento. Food is okay, service is pretty bad (slow and lack of customer service) on top of this a service charge is added to your bill and when a bad service is provided I believe this is not fair for the customer (server already knows is getting a tip so why go the extra mile). I hope the owner does give the server the 15% service charge is added to the tab and not keeping it.

No suelo dejar reseñas negativas, pero sentí la necesidad de compartir mi experiencia. La calidad de la comida fue decepcionante—nada sobresalió y no cumplió con las expectativas por el precio. Pero lo más decepcionante fue el servicio. Ordené la comida con una mesera (Fernanda), y más tarde pedí las bebidas con otro mesera. Desde ese momento noté un cambio en su actitud—su tono de voz y expresión dejaron claro que no le agradó, lo cual hizo que el ambiente se volviera incómodo. Para colmo, nos cobraron automáticamente un 15% de cargo por servicio, aunque solo éramos dos personas. Me pareció injusto, especialmente por el tipo de servicio recibido. Las propinas deben ganarse, no imponerse. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt the need to speak up after my recent experience. The food quality was underwhelming—nothing stood out, and it didn’t meet expectations for the price. More disappointing, though, was the service. I ordered food from one server (Fernanda), then later ordered drinks from another, and I could immediately sense a shift in her attitude. Her tone and expression made it obvious she was bothered, which made the rest of the experience uncomfortable. To top it off, they automatically charged us a 15% service fee, even though it was just two of us. That felt unfair, especially considering the level of service we received. Tips should be earned, not forced.
