The restaurant was fully staffed tonight. Two cashiers in the front and 5-6 crew members in the back. I was in line for 20 minutes. There were only 4 people ahead of me. When I finally arrived to the register to make my order, cashier Gustavo informed me that they could not fulfill the order because they ran out of chicken and that I would need to wait an additional 10minutes.
So you mean to tell me that staff could not tell the customers that they were running out of food and there would be an additional wait? There was a line leading out the door.
They made me wait a whole 20 minutes to tell me they needed to make more food.
There is NO EXCUSE FOR STAFF TO 1- NOT TELL CUSTOMERS THEY HAD NO FOOD LEFT. 2- NO EXCUSE FOR NOT HAVING FOOD AVAILABLE AT 7:42PM WHEN YOU HAVE A FULL CREW. 3-NO EXCUSE TO TAKE 20 MINUTES TO FILL 4 ORDERS!

This store on Lakewood Road in Waterbury is not offering dine in services at the moment due to the coronavirus, and because this store doesn't have a Drive Thru, delivery is your only option for now, although they say they also have "carry out"(no idea because I haven't left my home in months, but you can go online and call to verify). I called to confirm this, and then ordered delivery, but for the record, just because the store's doors are closed, rest assured that people are still working inside to deliver good chicken! The only complaint I have is the same one I've always had about this store: they rarely get your order right. Read moreService definitely sucks. Went there today to get food. I’m waiting in line to get my food, then when I got my food it’s incomplete. I asked the crew where the rest of my order is and she said she gave it to me and the other lady took it. I told her that she didn’t give it to me and I’m not with the other lady. She doesn’t want to replace my order. I literately have to fight with her and told her I’m not leaving until I got what I paid for. The other customers agreed with me and said to talk to the manager.
