SOME COMPANIES TRY TO IMPROVE, SOME HAVE WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOME DON'T EVEN TRY! FURNITURE WORLD'S CUSTOMER SERVICE TOWARDS PEOPLE WHO MAKE THEM STAY IN THE BUSINESS IS NASTY AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKES OR BREAKS A COMPANY AND LET ME TELL YOU KEEP UP WITH THE WAY YOU TREAT FOLKS AND YOU WON'T STAY IN BUSINESS LONG.
