Red Bowl — Restaurant in Wallington

I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for 6 years and never had problems with the place or workers, till now. Lately the food quality dropped, the workers are extremely rude to customers. Today I called to order delivery, the lady answered with such an attitude, took my order and hung up on me even though I told her that I will pay with card. I had to call again and she took my information (still with an attitude) and then hang up without any thank you or have a nice day or at least bye. The order came and… I got the wrong rice, even though I specify very clearly what we want. I’m calling the place again to ask about what happened and the lady on the phone attacks me with attitude saying that this is what comes with a large order, I told her that this is what I always get (which is a pork fried rice)and it never was the problem. I’m kind of confused as to why this place is rated so poorly. It’s pretty clean as opposed to many other Chinese takeout restaurants you’ll come across all over the tri-state. It’s definitely not the best Asian cuisine in the area, but it satisfies my takeout cravings anytime I leave the gym next door and want a quick post meal. The Mongolian Beef is pretty good and the fried rice and noodles are typically pretty decent. The bubble/boba teas aren’t worth it though. THIS MUST BE THE WORST PLACE EVER! I ordered chicken teriaky and fried rice. THE WORST dinner ever and costed me $20.00. I drove over and wanted to get something else. The attitude she gave me!!!.
