Well, let me start by saying I've been to MANY churches in my life, so I've seen it all. I've been to Baptist, Methodist, Catholic, Pentecostal, charismatic churches, and a Presbyterian seminary as well. I'll start with what I like: the worship is good, expressive. People there don't mess with you. They don't really greet you either. If you talk to them, they'll talk to you respectfully. The pastor drives a Porsche, and for offering they have you lift up your envelope in the air. I know certain churches do that, but I believe it can be revealing once you start to see the big picture. I've been there probably 4 Sundays in a row, and I heard the pastor talk about his Doctors degree twice. The most prominent speakers are also doctorate holders apparently. The pastor is funny sometimes, doesn't really teach so much. I guess it's more preaching. I sometimes can't really get what he's saying but what does that matter, it could be just me. The 9 o'clock service ends on time around 10:30, because there's another service at 11. But the 11 o'clock service is going to go over like an hour or hour and a half, so you'll be getting out around 2-2:30. And again, that might be fine for some people, I'm just saying so you'll know. They seem to put value in education, and that's fine. I'm educated but don't talk about it all the time, or require it from people. I like churches with access to the pastor, but this is a bigger church. You're probably not going to have his cell phone number and be able to reach him 24 hrs a day. I just started going there because it's 5 minutes away, I probably wouldn't pick it as my home church if I had a choice. That being said, I don't mind going there. I don't think I'll become a member but who knows. There is no perfect church, and ultimately it becomes what you make it. I'm sure there are many here who came, their life changed, and it's the best place in the world. And that doesn't mean it's not true for them. And what it becomes for you is what you bring to it. I would recommend you come for yourself one good time and go from there. I welcome all comments, even if you disagree with me. Ultimately, I would say if you're in the area come...

Read moreIt’s a great place of worship! I enjoy Sunday service as well as the plays and other events.
The only downside is because of the popularity, it is always crowded. The parking lot gets overcrowded and it takes longer to get in & out of service. When they have plays and other events, you have to get there at least 30 mins prior to start time to get good seating. Even then, sometimes people are saving seats for others who haven’t even arrived so you may not get...
