What an amazing shop and experience. I can’t begin to describe how amazing they were in the whole process from planning, purchasing, delivery and most importantly execution!!

I was at a standstill on where to purchase my fiancé’s engagement ring. I know places can really swindle you so I was very worried about making the right choice. This was not the case at F. Silverman Jewelers. They offered me so many options to make sure I stayed in budget. I told them my budget and most places would push you right to the max… Here that did not happen. In fact they found me a stone and band that looked even better (and bigger!) for a better price then I saw at any box retailer. They treated me like I was family and truly cared about the whole process. We even pivoted mid stone setting process to a new band because my fiancée mentioned she liked a different style when we were looking at pictures.. I had to swiftly call Krissy worried I made the wrong choice and she answered right away to help me find the best option that fit my fiancé’s style. It didn’t add more time or delay the process either and was delivered at the exact time I needed it.

The ring was sent via mail (because the proposal was in FL) and when I received it i was BLOWN AWAY by how beautiful it was.. It was perfect! The proposal was wonderful but now, weeks later, my fiancée cant stop talking about the ring and how amazing it is. She talks more about the ring then my actual proposal LOL.. Talk about being out-shined! (literally) She said her coworkers cant stop staring at it as well. And in all honesty i cant either it’s truely amazing!

I recently visited F.Silvermans Jewelers. I had brought in a dainty little gold ring with antique setting and small ruby . I spoke with the owner asking him if he could maybe tighten the setting, my stone was turning and I was afraid of losing it. I had explained it had been a gift, left to me , I wasn’t even sure if it were 14K gold and worth fixing , but explained I never took it off for sentimental reasons. He took a look at the ring and said the prong was missing and needed to be replaced, showing it to me and pointing out the damage. He said it was definitely gold and worth fixing. He took the ring and promised me he’d take good care of it. Maybe 2 weeks later I received my ring back. At first I thought it was the wrong ring, it was so clean and now actually glistened, besides being absolutely beautiful. It had detail I don’t think I had ever really noticed before. I clean my rings, but this was amazing. I loved how I was treated, as if I brought in a very expensive piece of jewelry or rather , that I was treated as though every piece of jewelry is important. I’m pretty sure I made it clear and he knew how important it was to me , although with little monetary value in such a beautiful shop of fine jewelry , that’s not how I was treated. Treated as if he knew it was priceless to me. When I returned and picked up my ring I was greeted professionally and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and went out of their way to see if they too could help me . Thank you for your expertise and kindness. I would not hesitate to come back and tell friends what a wonderful jewelry store this is, in fact I have already done so, most already knowing. Hang in this is going to be long….I cannot say enough about Stuart & Kristen & staff. Andrew gave my son Nicholas a thorough education on diamonds as I took in the showroom, OMG sums it up !!! This was on 12/07 Sat 1pm in the height of holiday madness. Andrew spent over a hour with my son in a private consultation suite going over the 4 C’s of 4 different stones, each one hand selected by Stuart & each one within Nicholas’s budget. We initially went to F. Silverman jewelers website and reached out via “chat” at this point I was able to relay what Nick was looking for, the cut of the stone, his budget and we sent a picture of the setting he wanted. The setting Stu showed Nick was “EXACTLY” what Nick wanted, only difference is the setting in the photo we sent had what I call diamond dust in/on the setting. Stu presented a Fabulous setting with high quality cut stones and substantial Gram weight of gold. The “ value” of the ring Nicholas selected can not be overstated. I could go on forever with the experience we had with Stuart of F. Silverman Jewelers. We will Never go anywhere ever, my son John is next….Thank you Stu for...
