Bareburger — Restaurant in Woodcliff Lake

So delicious! Couldn't have picked a better place to stop for lunch! Once you enter you're hit in the face with colors and a warm aesthetic. With a lot going on, it doesn't feel too much.

When sitting we thought we were handed a normal menu, felt heavy but when we opened it, it turned out to be a tablet. While ordering our server Gianna made suggestions about how their patties are smaller than average and recommended double the Beef. Glad we did because yes the patties are very thin. I ordered the Spicy Burger and my bf ordered the Elkasaraus which both came out VERY good! We also ordered a SHARED side of fries which came out to 10$ alone, we were shocked by the price.

After we were done, we scanned our QR code and paid in cash. The service was about 10 minutes wait on average to receive our drinks, food, then milkshake. No complaints as we know their food is real and organic. The total came out to $58 (not including tip).

The servers were very attentive and refilled our waters without asking. It's very bright and they had shows like Supernatural and Scooby-Doo playing on the TV. They had today's music playing.

Overall, had a great experience! Spent a pretty penny but it's to be expected with good-quality...

What a disappointment 😕. I had been craving a burger and decided to come to bareburger since I had gone to a bareburger in the city. I walked in and saw this master bar and instantly got excited. The menu had a cocktail with Vida mezcal and my wife and I ordered one. I also order a simple burger. This is when it all went down hill. We waited about 45 minutes for the drink to come. We asked the waiter about 5 times if the food/drinks were coming, but she said there was a little mixed up. We understood and waited. However, we saw the "bartender" puzzle and to our understanding he had no idea what he was doing. It seemed like he had never done a drink in his life. We saw him pour rye into a drink that should of been mezcal. The drink came and it was rye whiskey not mezcal and the food was still missing in action. I took the drinks back to the bar in an attempt to get the drinks we order, however, this dude put us on hold. The actual waiter that took care of us seemed like she try but failed miserably. And to make things wrost the place was like 15% at capacity. We even recorded the bartender puzzled. #badservice #dontgo...

Won’t be returning. Ordered a medium hamburger, what I recieved was completely raw. Spoke to rep on phone was told to come pickup another burger. I’d really perfer to not have to drive another 30min round trip for another burger and eat my fries and drink on the way lol. Then rep offered to refund me for the burger only… even though I was the one inconvenienced by driving a picking up an uncooked burger, well at least i have a drink a fries to eat… hopefully I don’t get SICK. Rep then says I’ll make sure to tell the kitchen to make your burger perfectly next time. For $60.00 I would like for my food to be made the way I ordered it.

Edit: called back a second time because I never received receipt or refund as manager promised was told they were busy and didn’t have time to process it even though there was only one Uber eats driver inside. Female manager was very rude and even hung up on me. 3 days later and refund still hasn’t been processed nor have I received a receipt. Its a shame that I even left a tip for such...
