Five Below — Local services in Woodhaven

I walked in to pick up an online order. Let me remind you I never ordered here as it’s for a gift. I walked in and I stood there waiting for the cashier to stop ringing up the customer. There was a line but I didn’t think me asking a question would make this a problem. I simple waited till she was done with them and asked where do I pick up a pick up order? She looked at me with the rudest fact and said um you can get in the back of the line. And rolled her eyes at me. I felt completely embarrassed because there were so many people looking at me like I was stupid. I then finally get through the line just for them to tell me they canceled the order because they no longer have it in stock. But online it says they had 5. So not only did I get treated like I was dumb I got to drive 20 miles for them to tell me they just canceled it. I placed my order at 2 am the night before. There was plenty of time for them to cancel it so I could get a email…! This store might need some help.over all store was great this employee not so much. She needs to learn not everyone places orders...

If you like going to the squishmallow events DO NOT order with their pickup! When the pickup feature first started they would fullfill them right away before the store opens. Apparently there's a new policy where the employees cant fullfill online orders before opening anymore and have to wait till they opened. I placed a pickup order at like 530 am and i went to work. I get off work ready to get my order and it was canceled so i called and was informed of the policy. Idk if it depends on the manager or if its company wide but it is ridiculous and should be changed or the service should not be offered at all. I got my hopes up for nothing for a policy that...

So I've been in this store multiple times, usually to grab a screen protector for my cell phone and some bottled water. But here is my issue, you get rid of the cash registers with clerks and add all these "self check out" registers (most of which are closed) but your worker (singular as in one) is checking out the customers at the self check out...how does this make sense?!? It is either one or the other, you can't have both! I feel like Five Below is getting as bad as Walmart and I do not shop at Walmart. If I have to prove I just checked out with a receipt, I will no longer shop...
