This was our first time there and I wasnt in the greatest mood cuz we had been out all day but when I walked in, Jacob immediately greeted me with a big smile! The two guys cooking (Jacob & Bobby) were smiling and dancing to the music as they made the burgers and thats what got me smiling too! I've never seen people so cheerful making burgers--they were just soooo cute! Then Lisa who was our cashier made us feel like a million bucks! Lisa was very patient to answer all our questions plus she was knowledgeable but she really went the extra mile when I told her I like onions but I dont eat onions that have already been cut, I only eat fresh cut onions and that's when she told me she would cut me a fresh onion! I about fainted! I mean you sure dont get that kind of service at McDonalds! We ordered the small burgers but they were way bigger in and of themselves than most burgers out there! We could barely fit them in our mouth! And thats there "SMALL" burger! Its really cool that you can have anything on your burger for no extra price! So we got the works: bacon, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, lettuce etc. Another cool thing was the peanuts they give you free to eat while waiting for your burger! The french fries remind me of the kind you get in California at In & Out Burger that have the skins on them, they are delicious and they dont cook them in lard like most places but they cook them in peanut oil which is better for ya! I had to sit down and write this review bc Lisa, Jacob and Bobby all deserve a raise or a promotion or BOTH! They were outstanding and a very good reflection of the restaurant and excellent customer service! Lisa even came by the table to ask if there was anything else she could get for us, so we were happy campers and put $ in the tip jar by the register. The place was clean and the food was amazing! If you want a good burger done the way YOU want it done, then this is the place to go, they aim to please! Thank you 5 guys....Keep up...
Read moreI haven’t been here in a while but I walked into a entirely new crew. It always used to be the larger gentleman with the red mustache that looked like he was the captain of a ship. This new crew didn’t really have the pizzazz that guy and the old crew had. Anyways burger was good but the fries where absolutely terrible, I even left the top of the bag open to let them vent making my whole car smell like a fries the next 2 weeks, but it didn’t matter they where still very mushy very small pieces and kind of pathetic. I ended up having to toss them in truffle oil Parmesan and some little Caesars Italian seasoning and then putting them in the air flyer for 10 minutes to bring them back to life and make them crispy and edible instead of mushy cold ball of grease. Oh and now they’re up to 7.99 large cup. These new guys need to figure out the fry game or people are going to...

Update 12/15/2022: So we visit here whenever we are picking up cars from the copart. We've never had an issue until yesterday. Of course, when we started eating about 5 minutes after picking it up, we were unable to return to the restaurant. The patties on both of our burgers were burnt, and my friends burger was worse. There is nothing I hate more than the taste of burnt meat. The fries were soggy and very undercooked, almost like they forgot to drop them a second time. Of course I had already pitched my receipt. I still had the one on the bag, otherwise I would have called. I know lots of places are understaffed right now, but when it's $40 for two people to eat lunch, you expect a little better.
