Office Depot is the best office supply store that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I have tried many others and none were as quick with delivery. Also their website is so simple to navigate, I think OD should have the commercials with the big red "EASY" button. Customer service with this company is a breeze. I have had issues here and there, but all were fixed promptly and with little hassle on my end. I have been ordering all of my office supplies from this company for the last 3-4 years, and have also purchased many excellent computers and printers from Office Depot and all at great prices (Wait for the Sales!!). Choose Office Depot and you won't be disappointed. Baring this company going out of business (which I assume could happen only in the case of a Zombie Apocalypse) I will never order from another office supply store again. Read moreI've shopped at this store location for years and always find what I'm looking for, and sometimes more. I was recently looking for a hard-to-find photo scanner that was out of stock in most places, but Office Depot had it in stock and I was able to pick it up at the Woodhaven location the same day using their curbside service. I was so happy to get the scanner immediately as I wanted to get started on my project right away. The process of buying the scanner online and picking it up curbside was seamless and super-easy. I received great communication from Office Depot with each step and the store associate who brought the item to my truck was very friendly. While I've purchased office supplies and furniture in the past, this was my first electronics purchase and I am very pleased. In stock (instant gratification!), great price and excellent service via their...
Read moreI will never print here again. I've used Office Depot's 'Print Me' email service many times, but suddenly, this tax season, they require a hold on your bank account just to print—starting at a ridiculous $5 minimum, even if you're only printing a few cents' worth of paper. On top of that, their system refused to accept one of my documents, and another printed as complete garbage despite looking fine in the preview on the literal printer screen in the store. To make things worse, an employee who was standing right there ignored me while I was clearly struggling, and when I finally got his attention, all he did was pass me off to someone already overwhelmed with helping others. Now, after all that hassle, I have a total of $15 held from my account for barely a dollar’s worth of prints. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again—use your local...
