Best over the phone and in store experience ever! I purchased some shorts awhile back and I was thinner. I went to wear them the other day and what my luck,.. I gained some weight and they weren't the nicely fitting shorts I bought anymore. Me being me I cut the tag off, excitied to wear them, ( like and idiot). I looked for the receipt and I couldn't find it anywhere. So I called the store and spoke to a girl named Nikki and she was so nice said that we could do a in store trade, even trade with the tag torn off and no reciept. I went next day yo return them with the tag off and got a different size! Thank you Nikki for being so understanding! I had no idea...

I received incorrect information about allowing an item to be shipped from a store in Ohio to the Woodhaven store. The Ohio store is the one that misinformed me. I went in to do the exchange and have the item shipped to the Woodhaven store, and was informed that they don’t do that. Long story short, the employee’s at the Woodhaven store went ABOVE & BEYOND for this to happen for me!! (The specific item I received from an online order was an online only item, and they were out of my size). They were super understanding and their customer service was top notch! Highly recommend this store! I will consistently travel from Ann Arbor to this...

This place is great! They have the cutest turquoise doors, and once you're inside them, it feels like you're Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. The team is so helpful. You can even call ahead of time and tell them what you're looking for, like a special day or vacation, and they'll have their recommendations in a dressing room for you, with your name written on it!
