Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Woodhaven

Why have Pizza Hut if you never have pizza? Whoever is running the show CLEARLY does not know what they are doing. Over the past year we have come to the PIZZA Hut Express countless times only for them to not have pizza. Always a different excuse. No boxes, expired dough, etc. You would think that at this point they would have gotten their act together. If you’re not going to have pizza, you should have it blatantly displayed instead of waiting for people to order pizza to notify them. But then again, who would go to PIZZA Hut for pizza anyways? While the service was great, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant's atmosphere was pleasant. However, the pizza I ordered was lacking in flavor and seemed to be lacking in toppings. The crust was thin and crispy, but overall, the pizza was underwhelming. While the prices were reasonable, the value for money was not great given the quality of the food. We ordered the new large ultimate cheesy crust pizza. It is burnt, paper thin, tastes absolutely awful, the toppings are burnt and not what we ordered and it’s not even the size it’s supposed to be.
