1/2025 Still amazing, staff is great Manager Jeremy is always a pleasure to deal with. I should get the other names of the workers because they deserve the compliment as well.

Only critique, I don't like the new chips style, they are almost never quite done (crispy) and always too much seasoning, LOVE the old style pita chips. My only other comment, the new menu style is BORING now. I miss the black background and the flames, the plain white is meh.

I still eat here 3 days a week. And I'm currently working my way towards that leather bomber jacket in the reward section.

8/2024 I eat here probably 3 days a week. Price for the food is fair, their bowls are quite delicious, it's kind of like the Qdoba format where you choose what type of meal you're going to have and then someone puts it together as you go down the line, I prefer the white meat over the dark though both are delicious, it's a texture thing. There's a reward system so as you eat you earn free stuff. And I know it's strange but I absolutely love their brand new fountain machine. The soda that comes out of it is better than any I've ever had at McDonald's or Wendy's lol.

Walked in and was greeted really nicely by all of the staff. And being new there, someone behind the counter was nice enough to explain their build your food type of menu. I can't even remember what I put in my dark meat chicken bowl but it was absolutely delicious. And of course I've got to recommend their fire fries. A combination of feta, spicy Chipotle sauce, and something else is just addicting. Nice to have a place like this around here.

I also got to say that there garlic and their hummus is really well made. Compared to a lot of other places out there where it's gritty or strong. This was really nice and tasty.

I usually like Pita Way, but my last two orders were both messed up. I specifically said no pickles, yet the first time they just pulled the pickles off the sandwich instead of remaking it — which left the pickle juice all over. The next time, it happened again, and I had to go pick up a replacement sandwich.

What really disappointed me was when I went to get the replacement, there was no apology beyond handing me the food — no coupon, no gift card, nothing to make up for two straight mistakes.

I’ve been a regular customer, but this kind of carelessness and lack of customer service makes me second-guess...
