Dealing with this company was the biggest waste of time. They are deceptive in their pricing and with the materials they use. They attempt to sell glitter encased in resin as real opal stones and charge 100$ for them as if they are real and will even tell you they are real. I had to go back three times. Once because the "opal gemstone" was mot the color I wanted and was shown and also because it was not opal or any kind of gemstone at all it was glitter encased inside of resin and i was under the impression that I was getting a gemstone so I asked for it to be removed they continued to lie to me and say it was a real opal stone but I still wanted it removed. After waiting another week and a half I get the grill with the "gemstone" removed but this time it does not fit my teeth. When I came to pick it up the second time I told the lady at the stand it didn't fit and it hurt to put in and try to take off he keeps telling me it's supposed to feel like this and even tries to jam it into my mouth herself after dropping it on the floor. I try it on one more time because the lady is so sure that the grills fit and I'm just not doing it right I try it on one last time and it gets stuck in my teeth to the point of me having to make my gums bleed to get it out of my mouth. I tell the lady i need it remade again and she tells me to come back the next day. I come back the next day and instead remaking the grill so it fits they just decide to refund all of my money and just not make the grill anymore. So after 330$ and an entire month of waiting and coming back I don't even have my grill. Long story short these people are going to play in your face if...

They will ask you to do multiple impressions before they do your grills which I think is a scam, I did 4! The last mold I sent the pictures to the number given and wasn’t told they were unusable so I shipped them out and then was told weeks later they’re no good. Then I requested a refund and a lady named raven reached out and asked about the finish and then said they were gonna get started on my grills. Two weeks pass and I reached out about my order and they said they couldn’t use the molds that I would have to purchase another mold kit and do it again so again, I said no I am not paying for another mold kit, I felt like I was getting the runaround about my order so I requested a refund, yet again. So they feed me the well now it’s 20% and shipping fees deducted. Well I’m sorry but I asked for a refund weeks ago. I’m not sure what the policy is on refunds but if you want grills, to to a jeweler and do not give these people your money. I’ve read so many negative reviews on their grills not fitting, the finish being bad and now here I am with my own terrible personal experience. Never again. I attached the photo of what Raven said when I asked for a refund.. instead I was lead to believe they were moving forward...

This business has recently changed ownership and it is very evident. This business now acts as a middle-man for another jeweler. They do not actually manufacture the pieces that you purchase from them, they have a different jeweler in Baltimore do it for them. An employee at the stand in the mall told me this directly. And because of this, they tax the hell out of their customers! The photo attached is what I wanted and the employee told me that this two piece in 10k gold (the cheapest option, and not even what I wanted) would be $320!!! A piece this small in 14k should be no more than $200/250. But do with that information...
