Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Maryland

Manager very unprofessional and rude. I went back to get the ice cream creation the last guy made. Hoping he would be there however he wasn't of course. I ended up with the rude manager. I say that because he was very rude to someone on my last visit so I could expect the same behavior possibly. Low and behold he was unattentive, he didn't mix the ice cream good, He said I couldn't have the samething as before because they don't split flavors. Sad because I was gonna spend more money to get a bigger sundae. He doesn't honor coupons based on his interaction with a previous customer. He stated he loses money and coldstone doesn't pay him. If he is there expect for the customer service to be lacking. I gave 2 stars because of the manager and also I walked out not buying anything. I visited this location and informed the rep (appears to be the manager) about my allergy. Protocol at other locations is to make the ice cream separately, in the back to avoid any adverse reactions. He said that he does not have an area in the back. I informed him of my reactions. He commented, "I'll do it in the front; I'll just risk it". WHAT!!!???? I should have said, not with my health!!! Before I left, I told him I would return to the other locations. The customer service at this location is LACKING and is subpar!!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this location at all cost. Terrible. Absolutely not worth going to. Normally I buy a lot of ice cream at once to save for later i was charged about $35 at this location versus other locations were i am charged $10 less. They will skimp out on sizes by measuring the ice cream in the cup and if there is any extra left over they throw it away. Normally I do not review but I have found this to be the worst coldstone based on the customer service/friendliness and cost.
