Thanks to Chris for his quick response to my call for an appointment to see what has turned out to be my dream mattress. I called him because I was in need of and interested to see one of the type of expensive beds like I see around about ads for Sleep Number. I thought that at a warehouse outlet like theirs is where I might be able to afford a luxury mattress. I explained to him I wanted a really good mattress I could control how the head, the foot, even a massage and vibration option would be awesome. So, we agreed to meet at the warehouse for me to look over what stock he had on display. On my appointment, Chris explained the many features and how I could use them at home. Plus, what I found out was how super the savings were shopping there. I really and actually saved thousands not hundreds! Then the delivery guys were great getting it upstairs in my house, didn't scratch the walls and showed me how to use the remote control. We recently visited Drop Box Furniture after a friend's recommendation, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. After browsing for about five minutes, the owner/sales representative NEVER acknowledged my husband and I. Instead of addressing our needs, he engaged in a conversation about his vacation, showing little care or concern for selling furniture.

We were in the market for a living room and dining room set for our newly built home, but we were deterred by a significant red flag: water leaking onto a bedroom set that was caught by buckets in the showroom. The sales rep never asked if we found anything we liked, making us feel ignored and unimportant.

When we decided to leave, he only acknowledged us after we got to the parking lot UNSATISFIED!! we went to Bob's Furniture and found everything we needed, along with a much more welcoming experience.

If you want great one-on-one customer service, this is the place to go. I texted the night before to see if I needed an appointment to visit during the weekend and got a response within an hour (not needed on the weekends), and when I arrived at the shop Tyler worked with me for an hour to help me find a great bed and headboard set. A very nice mattress selection at a variety of reasonable price points that fit many budget sizes. I was also in the market for a couch. When I went they had mostly sectional couches available in leather or faux-suede, but they said the inventory changed often. They didn't have a couch in my budget ($500 or less) but what they had was quality, and I know couches aren't cheap. Checking out was easy and Tyler set up my delivery on the spot.
