Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Woodridge

I brought my family from out of town to my local Dairy Queen to try the new Dipped Crunch Cookie flavor, but our experience was completely ruined by the rude behavior of an employee. When we reached the register, we barely had a moment to place our order before an older man with gray hair and a beard started giving us an attitude. My 10-year-old cousin was just about to order when the employee suddenly raised his voice, yelled at us to move, and shouted, "Next customer."

Shocked and confused, we stepped aside, thinking he was taking the next order. However, instead of assisting the other customers, he turned back to us, continued yelling, and even told us to leave the store. My family and I did absolutely nothing wrong, yet we were treated with hostility for no reason. What should have been a fun and enjoyable visit quickly became a terrible experience.

No business should treat its customers this way. I will never return to this location and would not recommend...

This review is based on customer service (lack there of), not on the product, the ice cream is quite good.

Ordered a large and medium blizzard with two dipped cones to go and the total was about $16. Got a cup holder to leave with and I put the dipped cones in some flimsy plastic cups that I was given standing up (tried to preserve the chocolate dip). Got outside and big gust of wind sent everything toppling to the ground. Managed to save the blizzards but the cones were toast. My 4 year old starts bawling so I go back in hopes that they would give me replacements cause accidents happen. Was told by the manager that he couldn’t do anything and I would have to buy them again. $4.72 later, I asked for sturdier cups but that too was denied. Put the cones in with the chocolate dip down and went home (4 year old was happy).

I will never return to this Dairy Queen location, luckily there are other...

After getting dipped cones for my kids and an item for me, I requested the owner (I think he is the owner of that store) to give me two extra cups for kids so they don't drop their ice cream. That guy told me, it will cost me $1 for a cup. WOW ARE YOU SERIOUS! Honestly, worst server I've ever got.

After a few days, I call them to find the price for a cake and ice cream candy. Same guy (owner) picked the phone and great me well but when I started asking for price, he hangup saying that he is busy with in-store customers. Oh my GOD! NO KIDDING!

If I have the option to select negative review then I would give that to this store. I will NEVER EVER get at this place... I can drive to any distance for better service and place who great and treat people...
