My wife and I ordered food through the Pizza Hut app to be picked up at the Woodridge, IL location. This was on Sunday June 29. We ordered several items including a pasta item and their Chocolate Donut Bites for dessert. When we got the order home, the Bread Sticks that were included with the pasta item were missing. Both our receipt and the app showed that we were supposed to get Bread Sticks with the pasta item. We called the restaurant and the employee claimed that Bread Sticks were not included with the pasta item. Obviously, this employee doesn't know his own menu well. Then after we ate, we opened our dessert to discover that we had received the Chocolate Chip Cookie and not the Chocolate Donut Bites. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that this location has not completed our order correctly. Their employees must not do a good quality control check of an order before completing it. My wife wrote to corporate Pizza Hut to let them know of our poor, disappointing experience with this location. It took them 5 days to respond to us and the email stated that they were forwarding our complaint to the manager of this location and that we should expect to hear back from them within a few days. Today is July 21 and we still have not heard anything from the manager of this location. Read moreUnfortunately I will have to change my review upon this terrible experience. Sometime ago a pizza, was ordered 2 medium black olive onion and then mushroom onion. This was ordered online. We recieved the pizza and we found sausage in it which we cannot eat. We called an the lady told us she would refund the order through the number called. The pizza was also undercooked and doughy.
We call later in the week and automatically this guy answers in the most hostile and disrespectful tone. We begin to explain our order and through that he was being extremely disrespectful. We orders the same order again and then explain how we had a refund attached. This man in his aggressive rude behavior goes on to explain how the pizza would now be 40 dollars and in store checkout cannot have the online deals. I was extremely upset with the way he was speaking and conducted himself. Yelling and treating us dumbly. Clearly he was very agitated and rude and we ended up not getting the order in fear of how poorly it was going to be made with his hostile voice.

Read moreOkay, to start off I WISH I can leave 0 stars. Everything here is terrible. I ordered 16 wings on the app to pick up. I picked up when it was ready to pick up, to then have to WAIT 40 minutes. As I waited not only did I see 4 other walk in orders get their wings before I did. But the workers were all playing around in the back, one of them was on live propping his phone up on some pizza boxes to record himself. Another worker ( assuming to be off) walked behind the counter and talked to all the staff, making jokes, playing around with the food wide open. The worker that was on live, walked outside to the back as he blew his nose on his hand and walked back in to continue orders. As I spoke to the manager and asked about the people who got their wings before I did. His exact words were “ when placing orders on the app we bump orders stating that they are ready when they aren’t “.
