I 100% agree with the complaints about the clerks here when you call in. People that call in are asking questions, need guidance, pay a fee, etc. They need respect, more patience and empathy. Not rude careless clerks that give short answers and think they are better than the people that call in. Court clerks seem really eager to get off the phone with you. I have never had to come into court before and its actually pretty nerve racking and the clerks are not very friendly, I am so confused about everything and especially the first time i called I got rude short remarks and i know i was being very nice....I feel like people in these situations need reassurance...not rudeness.
