Absolutely amazing experience! I stopped by this new ramen spot for their grand opening, and I was blown away. The customer service was incredible—everyone was so friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience feel special from the moment I walked in. They even gave out free ice cream for the grand opening, which was such a nice surprise! The food was just as impressive. The soft shell crab was perfectly cooked—crispy, flavorful, and easily one of the best I’ve had. The ramen was rich, savory, and full of depth, with broth and noodles that tasted like they were made with real care. You can tell they put their heart into both the food and the service here. Definitely a new favorite spot—I’ll be coming back for sure! 🍜🦀🍦

The design and decor of the space is beautiful. Our food was delicious! Might be the best tempura in the metro area. This is big city ramen tucked away in an unassuming, pop-up strip development off the freeway in WX. We had the tonkotsu (rich, balanced, flavorful, great pork) and the vegan tempura (generous share of the best tempura vegetables I can remember eating, excellent broth). Sounds like the restaurant is still having its grand opening. I hope it will have staying power and continue on with fresh tasting ingredients and excellent culinary craftsmanship.

I came in today earlier with my boyfriend both of us have a gyodong and its come with a lots of beef and with a fried rice. We can approved that this is a really good spot for dating because of the atmosphere that is very warming and zen. The waitress of our table did a good job on explaining and recommending the menu to us. After all we had a good experience and will be back in the future for sure.

I have dined at a Japanese restaurant about a handful of times in my life so I felt a little awkward. Mainly because I’m not sure how to order and I never want to offend. With that being said, I will eventually work my way through the menu sampling the ramen and each item to find my favorites. Today I tried the shrimp tempura because tempura is delightful.
