The Sugar Coated Sisters — Restaurant in Woods Cross

Unfortunately I had just about the worst experience you could get with the Sugar Coated Sisters. I placed an order a week in advance for some “farm fresh” themed cookies for my baby shower. The ordering process was fairly simple, and Amy texted back in a timely manner confirming the order and pick up day and time. The day of pickup, 5 minutes before the pick up time Amy called me telling me somehow the delivery driver had missed grabbing my box of cookies. But that she would personally see to it they were delivered to my house the next day before my baby shower. She also sent me a video of the prepared cookies and I was so excited with how amazing they looked. An hour before my shower we got an automated text (not from Amy’s personal phone that she had always communicated with me from) saying our order was cancelled due to a “medical emergency”. Thank heavens for crumbl being able to get us replacement cookies in under an hour. After reaching out multiple times after this occurred we still can’t get a response back from Amy and we weren’t even fully refunded our order price. If there was truly a medical emergency I would have thought we would have eventually gotten an explanation and apology for the poor service. I don’t normally leave reviews, but my whole experience with Sugarcoated Sisters was so exceptional, I feel like had to! I ordered cookies for my twins’ baptism today (Saturday). The earliest pickup time was on Thursday so I just scheduled for then. They texted me on Wednesday and asked if it would be better for me to pickup my cookies closer to the baptism on Friday. Amazing! I got frequent updates and it was so convenient that they have so many pickup locations. Now let me tell you about these cookies. They looked so cute and tasted amazing!
