This was my first time visiting this location. After they closed two of my favorite PA locations (Marietta and Acworth), I decided to give this one a try. The store is large with TONS of items but everything is just thrown on the racks (hardly any organization by color or section i.e. you’ll find a blue women’s shirt in the boy’s aisle with a bunch of red shorts). They also have a ton of racks near the fitting rooms and along the back walls. It’s just very chaotic and unorganized. Yes, I can’t expect much from a thrift shop but the other locations are much better organized. Also, the fitting rooms are SMALL compared to the other locations. It’s hard to move around in and hard to move back from the mirror to actually see how things look on. The customer service was decent. They weren’t overly friendly but not rude either. The shopping carts are actually in working order (for those who have been to other PAs, that will make sense). If I ever go back, I’d have to make sure I have the time and patience to actually go through everything. Prices are decent WITH the half off coupons/texts. At regular price, their prices are way too high for second hand items.

So to sum it all up: great selection, decent customer service, small fitting rooms, working shopping carts, very little organization, only shop with your half off coupons/texts, and expect to spend a few hours going through everything.

December 2024 edit: I’ve been going here long enough to know that they have doubled their prices so that when you get the 50% off, you’re paying their old, regular prices. I’ve removed a star for the drastic...

Do not go to this park Avenue thrift in Woodstock except if you want rude customer service. There’s an old Hispanic lady with black hair and glasses that work there that had to be the rudest worker I’ve ever encountered at a thrift store. As a customer, you don’t expect perfection from a cashier, but you expect decency and respect, and this lady was so disrespectful with her tone and she refused to ring up my four items because she said I had to take the hangers off the jackets myself, which is ridiculous because there was literally only two people behind me and two other cashiers, so the store was not busy. She stood there and asked me as a customer to take the hangers off of the jackets, something that obviously no customer should ever have to do. She refused to ring up my order and proceeded to say that she doesn’t care about ringing up my order so I left the items because there’s no reason for her to ever be that nasty. This store clearly doesn’t care about hiring respectful workers because I have heard several complaints about how rude and chaotic the workers are. Their prices has also increased on top of the bad workers that they have so I will no longer be supporting this store that I have been going to for years now. I’m not giving any money to any store that doesn’t have the decency to hire kind workers. Go to the Goodwill and revive thrift store that’s two minutes away from this horrible store. They have amazing customer service and they always have...

Thrift store has a wide selection of clothing items to choose from. It’s organized by garments such as pants , dresses , tops, Active wear , sleep wear etc. its also color coded. (Unfortunately it’s not organized by size so you actually have to take your time and look) I found mostly everything I was looking for and the prices are affordable. I also appreciate their lengthy store hours. I just wouldn’t rate this experience 5 stars because the cashier at checkout asked if i can take all the items off the hangers which was only about 6 shirts & 1 cropped blazer. when she clearly seen me holding on to a stroller with my kid and trying to get my money out at the same time ; While also trying to get my other kid to hold things for me. I just thought that was very inconsiderate being as though my hands were literally full ; next time I will decline. The bathroom can use a lot of attention and it’s a general bathroom meaning both genders are using them. A nice lady shopping with a small child as well told me to just be careful because sometimes homeless people outside from the streets come inside to use the bathroom so something to be cautious about. Last but not least a little heads up. If they have the 50% off the color tag you have to be apart of their mobile club. If you sign up the same day you have to wait 24 hours to be able to use the discount it can not be used same day. But I did get a paper coupon...

My wife and I have visited thrift stores ever since the late 1990s. Back then the deals were unusually fantastic. We bought everything from tires and oil filters to mahogany furniture and fine art for pennies on the dollar. These days? Goodwill prices everything to the hilt and the independents that compete almost always have lower quality goods. This place is an exception. If you're patient and keep an eye for quality, you'll find it here. Every few years we can buy clothes here that will last for a long while. The electronics are unusually good deals if you know what you're doing. Other items from hats to books are pretty solid too. Masking still isn't mandatory though. If that concerns you definitely wait until they make it so.

While this store can have good finds, it is probably one of the worst environments of all thrift stores I’ve been to. I go thrifting a lot & the crowd at this store is awful - mostly on Sundays. A reseller rammed his cart into the back of my heel last Sunday and didn’t even apologize after I screamed and confronted him. He then rushed off and shoved a bunch of crap into his cart. I resale as well but I do it with common decency…. There is just no reason for this. Wish the store got more carts so maybe the shortage of shopping carts on Sunday wouldn’t result in this sort of chaos…. I use to go here religiously with the coupon but I won’t Be back for a while / and never again on a Sunday. Just isn’t worth it.
