Clean store and friendly staff. They really do go above and beyond here. My car would not start, I did not suspect the starter because it just happened one morning and the starter was only a few years old.
Usually with the starter you notice it takes a while starting the car hinting at something, but not this time. Basically silent. Good battery, turn key and nothing. Just a click from the starter relay.
Checked everything up to the starter that I could until finally caving and pulling out the starter. Read moreThis store needs new management and better trained employees. I believe they only hire friends and family at this store. There are 2 guys who work here that are friendly and knowledgeable. I gave the dealership my vin# and they cross referenced their part number with Oriellys and was given the right part #. I called or8ellys back and gave them the right part # The person on the phone got very rude with me and finally looked it up. Well of course it wasn't in sto. ck. I had to wait 3...
