I love this store and the Mgr Colleen is very nice and super helpful. I was there today looking at tomato plants, and had an accident there, causing me to fall. Luckily there was a man there close by who caught me and broke my fall. I still fell, and scratched up my left arm on display, but it wasn't as bad as it could have been, if I had fell hard on the cement. He literally saved me. It's scared me so bad, and I was shaking, so I sat down and this same man got me a bottle of water. I sat there for a few mins and then went in to pay for my tomatoes. I was weak, and really not ok. There was a red headed lady at the register with no customers, so I put my tomatoes down and was waiting to pay. This man went with me cause he was concerned. She told me to wait, while she took customers from the other line. I could barely stand up, and decided I would just leave without the tomatoes. And I did. The clerk really should pay more attention to what's going on. All customers are not the same, and I am 67 years old. I was nice and I knew my face was red because I had cried after falling. I thought she was rude, and uncaring. I, too work in customer service, and if I had a customer, an older person who was crying, I would at least have asked,.... was there a problem, or are you ok It won't stop me from going back, but her attitude and her customer service could use some...

Me and my Boyfriend bought a Hammergun on 8/20/24, the next day we brought it back cause the tool didn't do what we wanted it to do, when we walked in one employee was busy while Ms. Coleen wasn't so we walked over to her and explained how it didn't work out for us and we wanted to return it, she had a slightly rude remark about how we had gotten a little oil on the box and we apologized,, she then asked if we would want a discount simply for a little oil on the box we said as long as the tool worked and nothing was missing then No we wouldn't ask for a discount, she then said how others would see it differently and would ask for a discount, I didn't want to argue or want any drama so we agreed even though we both disagreed. After I signed the receipt and we started to walk out, she decided to make another rude remark about the oil, saying next time to make sure we actually need the tool before getting oil all over it. I tell you there is a lady there named Kimberly who goes above and beyond for her customers!!! She greets you with a smile and will help you find anything you need !!! She needs to be the main Manager because this lady is cares and it shows! She said she works 2 jobs! You can tell she works there because she loves her job and it seems like it's not about the money and you just don't see that these days! I've been in there 3 times just because of her helping and being so nice and the last couple of times me and my daughter have been in there we have not seen her and its definitely different because you don't get the help or the warm welcome!!! So if you ever go in there and you meet her she will leave a great Impression and if they don't have what you need she will go look it up and get it ordered if its Available!
