Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Woodville

This is my go to place for my kids on the weekends. I downloaded their app which makes things a lot easier for ordering and picking up. Their pizza I have to say is amazing! But the app is not, at least not when I'm trying to redeem my rewards points. Today is the THIRD time I've tried to redeem a medium pizza for my kiddos. It will not let me! I've been told that everyone is having problems with the app this weekend (3 times now), I've been told to update the app (there's no update available for me right now), I've been told it's not their app that it's a third party app. I feel like if the business decides to use an app that gives loyal customers rewards, that the app is indeed the company's app. The app doesn't give me issues when I'm ordering and paying for my order, only when I try to redeem my rewards. This isn't exactly great customer service but that's just my opinion. I stand at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledges that I'm there. I live way out in the country, I placed an order one time while we had company over, they requested that they didn't want certain things on their pizza so I ordered one for them and one for us along with cheese sticks and cinnamon rolls. I drove to town and picked up the order at the drive through and drove all the way back home to find that they basically just gave us two of the exact same pizza with all the toppings that our company didn't want. I called to let them know of the mistake, they said they could refund the money or make me a new one. I asked for a new one since our company was quite hungry at this time. I ordered 2 large pan pizzas. Meat lovers. And a brownie triple chocolate. They gave me two medium 11inch pizzas, which I didnt notice until i got home, And a cookie instead of brownie, which she told me about before I left. Said they accidentally made cookie. All in charged me 65 dollars. They've never done this before. The pizza was good, but for that price you should get what you order. The two little pizzas wouldn't even feed everyone. Now we gotta find something else to eat. Their pizzas used to be alot better. Guess we have to find a new pizza place.
