I am eternally grateful to the people at The Jewelry Station. The day before my husband's funeral I broke my wedding ring. I was near hysterics as my emotions were extremely high. The thought of not having my ring on the day we were saying goodbye to him was more than I could bear. I went in to the store and through tears explained my situation. Everyone was extremely compassionate and the assured me that they could fix my ring and get it right back to me. I left my ring with them and within a couple of hours they called to tell me that my ring was ready and even offered to bring it to me as they were aware of how much I had on my plate that day. After doing business with them for years my mother found an old hand written credit (totaling 93 dollars) where she had given them some of her older jewelry. When I called to see about trading that hand written credit in for an inexpensive chain (around 40 dollars) they said due to the credit being "too old" they would not honor it.
