Medium original crust pizza reminded me of typical food court pizza... thick & doughy and 3+ inches of dry topping less crust that we whittled apart with a butter knife.Kitchen must have been rationing toppings and cheese that evening. If you order beef/cheese nachos, you might get a gob of who knows what served with invisible salsa. Cinnamon sticks were served piping hot, tough as a boot, served with Mazzio's famous invisible dipping icing.The cook might have gotten thrifty and recycled from the lunch buffet leftovers. We were told to order at the counter, then told to have a seat by another worker. Got menu's,drinks and ghosted by our waitress. Read moreThe food is good only about 50% of the time and the workers are either leaning against the counter or huddled in little groups talking, every time I pull up to the window or go in to the restaurant, never fails. I used to tip at least $2 no matter what, on online orders. This “business” is the reason why I don’t plan to do that anymore. They can stand and talk, but my order is never even boxed and ready when I arrive, and they have to take the time to scramble and finish putting it in boxes, etc.. Read moreThe girl at the front counter was very friendly. Unfortunately, that's where the service ended. I came in at 12, and the pizza on the buffet wasn't fresh. It's 12:40 now, and they have not brought anything fresh out. They have two guys in the kitchen who are more interested in their phones and talking to each other than actually preparing pizza. A group of guys (6) have been eating the salad bar waiting on pizza. They asked when it would be coming out, I couldn't her what the girl said, but they all got up and left. FYI, after the guys left, it looked like they started making pizza...
