Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Woodward

Just got harassed by a young worker in DQ with dark wavy hair and a broke out face got on to me for hitting my vape when I was exiting my vehicle. Like first of all there’s a guy parked Next to us smoking a cigarette so if you have a problem maybe you should go talk to him not while I’m coming in giving you my business and then accused me of smoking. I was hitting my vape which had minimal smoke 💨 Girl! I get it’s a none smoking property but there’s literally a guy smoking a cigarette right next to me and a cigarette and vape are nothing alike so check yourself before being rude or accusing your company of anything! If you're a visual health nut then stay away. The restaurant doesn't look all that appealing on the inside. I recommend patients if you are going to eat here as well. I have gone three times now ;once at 2pm, at 3pm, and at 4pm. Every time it took me at least 15 minutes to get my food. I understand that isn't the worst time ever, but compared to the other franchise locations around town... I feel the game needs stepped up. The food is pretty good. Not quite "worth the wait" but it is definitely worth coming back to every once in a while. If you are someone stopping by this little city it wouldn't be something I recommended as there are "better" options. It isn't something I would steer you...

We stopped by at 9p on a Saturday night. All available tables were dirty and the staff never attempted to clean them. Some tables are broken and the floor has trash all over it. There were less than 20 people in the restaurant (half already had their food), but it took over 40 minutes to make our order. Of the 4 orders placed before ours, 2 had mistakes that had to be corrected.

You can forget the using the DQ app/ view menu online. Their menu is a throwback to the 90s and they don't honor anything found on the DQ app. No online orders either.
