I had a virtual urgent care appointment through Walgreens and for starters the doctor never came on camera. His camera was on but it was covered. So strange. That doesn’t have to do with this specific location, however, when I sent my prescription to this location they were closed (I just moved here and where I come from pharmacies never close). When I called the store to verify this they said their pharmacy is only open two days this week. If that is the case, why are they still accepting prescriptions? Why isn’t there a pop-up with their updated hours? Why is this not being communicated to patients? Most people submitting prescriptions need them...
Read moreFive stars for the customer service provided while I was using the photo lab making last-minute additional Graduation Announcements. Manager Jill looked at the printed cards I had made and quickly began trying to resolve the issue of the cards not printing within the perforations. She went above and beyond by re-printing them, stuffing the envelopes, and making a follow up call letting me know they were ready for pickup. We live 45 mins away and the timeline could have caused a lot of stress but she handled it like a pro. Thanks and we'll be back to...
