My husband and I recently searched for a new mattress and adjustable base with a bed frame/ headboard. We looked through 3-4 other stores and just were not happy with what they had to offer, let alone their sales approach. Plus we were surprised at the prices they were charging for what they offered. Then we decided to try Highpoint Furniture, and I’m so glad we did! Jody was our salesperson, and I just want to say how helpful she was to us. She started out by asking us what it was we were looking for in a mattress. We knew we wanted a medium hybrid style…. So she explained the difference between all of the mattresses and what would benefit us the most. After we laid down on all of the beds in the show room we narrowed it down to the two mattresses she suggested. Thanks to her helpful knowledge of furniture, we were able to make a good buying decision that we were happy and both felt good about. Plus, it really didn’t take that long to pick out. ( I usually have a hard time making decisions like these). We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy-what so ever, and the store has a very comfortable and welcoming feeling to it! We walked around and looked at all the displayed furniture and ended up buying a sectional couch, recliner, and a headboard along with the mattress and adjustable frame that we went there for! All for a decent price! Jody’s experience and knowledge with furniture and design made everything so easy for us. She honestly cares about the customer’s happiness and satisfaction. Another thing that impressed me was when we were all finished with our purchases, Jody explained the delivery process, and let us know our furniture would be delivered sooner than I expected it to be. We also got a follow-up phone call and were told when our furniture would leave the warehouse. All in all, we had a wonderful experience at Highpoint and I will definitely return in the future. HighPoint Furniture is hands down the best place to buy your furniture. We walked in and were greeted by Jody who was so knowledgeable, friendly, and truly listened to what I needed in my space. She was incredibly helpful in showing me different options and explaining the difference in price points and quality of items. I had visited multiple furniture stores in the Wayne County area, HighPoint had the best prices, a great selection, and the turnaround process was quick; my new furniture was available and delivered with a few short weeks. The delivery guys were very careful in bringing the pieces in and helping me set it up. I am in love with my new dining room table, it’s even better than I remembered it; and my new sofa and chair set is so comfortable (everyone loves it). As funny as it sounds, I can’t wait to get home and sit on it. I will continue to recommend people to this store because Jody was so great to work with, the furniture is top tier, and the service you’ll get is unmatched from the big box stores....

To many good things to say about this local store run by awesome people. Autumn and Tim Krupp are one of the most generous and kind hearted people I have ever met. They truly believe in selling quality furniture that will last you or your family for years. I in the past have went the cheap route which is always a total bust because it last less than 5 years. Advice is Invest in yourself and home and purchase good quality furniture from a local store. They have a HUGE selection to meet all different styles. If it’s not in the store they have online an catalog options. Staff Irina is ver kind, knowledgeable, and always has a smile on her face. Corey helped us pick items out an he was awesome!
