DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with and that isn’t even saying enough. HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE employees. HORRIBLE machines. First after waiting a week and a half from scheduling my order for a combined washer dryer, I ask for the earliest delivery and she “scheduled me for 10-1” but actually scheduled me for 3-6. When I called that day she lied to me and said there was an issue with the trucks, when I spoke with the manager he told me she scheduled me for the evening and lied to me!! He apologized and took off money for my next payment. When the delivery guys set it up, right before they leave the tell me it’s leaking and it’s “not our problem you need to call someone” and left! When my maintenance guy came by, he said they set up the hose with a missing part and never tightened the pipes!!! Then the next day when I washing all of my towels I had to use to clean up the water leaks, the drain hose comes loose because it was never even fastened!!!!! More water damage to my walls and floor!! I call to have them come take it back and demanded a refund, the manager lies about calling me back regarding my refund and never calls. I finally reach out to the cooperate office to let them know about everything. Finally pick up day and when they promised me I would be their first stop at 10am I should have known it was another lie! Here I am, waiting for 2 and 1/2 hours and they still aren’t here. When I call they tell me they had other deliveries this morning. WORST COMPANY TO EXCIST. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. On top of everything the washer didn’t even wash well, left soap marks and nothing smells clean!...

I would never purchase anything through this company again my first experience and my last experience. I waited almost 2 months to receive my bedroom set I had two nice gentleman’s Who came and put it together I tipped $30 Because I live on the third floor. But failed to put one of the support beams underneath the bed frame which caused to break when someone sit down on the corner of the bed . Even with the bed broke I still made a payment or two but enough is enough I called and called for two months kept getting the same response oh we have to order your pieces..... but I thought they were already ordered but they weren’t ... finally somebody came out and put two screws to hold it up because I had it sitting on paint cans ... guess what I broke again here I am months later I still haven’t received the pieces i’m not paying for something that’s broken what happened guaranteed repair... then I receive a letter in the mail after being told that i was good standing... about going to court for failure to make payments I...

I'm noticing that when i first got my couch i was told $680 cash price and if that was not paid it would be $900 due to it being there for a long time. During the delivery my walls got damaged and so did the couch. inner bar got broken and the ottoman was completely destroyed. After waiting months to reach out i spoke with someone who said the manager was gone and the new manager is not helpful. After that being said i went and called cooperate and the new manager reached out Claimed he would have someone come down and look out the couch i spoke with the person and they never got back to me. For the damage on my walls the old manager should have all the photos that is not my issue it was deducted from my rent in regards to repairs. Only needed to rent from here because i need the couch delivered next time ill just payout and pay someone to bring it up not worth this...
