The Burger King on Grafton Street near the Super Stop & Shop the girl was very abrupt who waited on me at the window and although I had my hands filled with money receipts and she wanted to give me my drink and also my food all at the same time I told her twice I only have two hands and she responded by saying there are customers behind you that shouldn't matter because I am elderly and should deserve the respect as an older person for her to have more patience and to allow me to put some stuff down before forcing me to take out the stuff from her I really have a mind not to go back there again this happened today the 30th of July 2018 also you should consider putting a menu sign before you order because they also want your order immediately and you have no time to look...

The DINE-IN section have been closed since late last year! VERY INCONVIENIENT. I was in a car with someone that had a paper coupon and I have the mobile APP. They told us we both cannot place more than one promotional orders at once and we should place only one, pay for it and they go around and come thru again to place the second. After going around for the second time, THEN I was told that the mobile APP could be used as well as the paper coupon from the same car??!! I'm confused. People have tried to walk through on foot! Just left this location after getting off of a 10 hour shift at my own work place figured I would stop for a 10 piece and a burger Tina gets on the drive through intercom very rude i decided to get a second while rudely took my order so i said 2 10 piece she says AND i then stated a cheeseburger she states Anything else or are u done... WHAT WAIT... is this the way BK represents customer service NOT AL ALL CAUSE I go to madison and they are veey friendly customer service on point.
