I just ordered GrubHub at 9:30, having ordered a cabana chicken burrito meal with guacamole and a steak soft taco supreme with guacamole and a Baja blast drink. Two old and cold quesadillas, which I couldn't even tell you which kind they were due to the rubber like cheese holding them together, showed up. I swear this Taco Bell is absolutely incapable of putting out fresh hot food. It's as if they're incapable of having even one order come out of this place correct and hot. They probably wanted to close early, so they didn't want to cook a fresh meal (that I paid $27 for), but would rather send me old food they had sitting around, regardless of the fact that this wasn't even my order. My orders God only knows where, probably with the Manarsh's, and I doubt it's fresh bc the meal they sent me that was theirs wasn't fresh. It's like it would kill them to actually do what they're being paid to do. This is what happens when you hire the worst employees you can find for both GrubHub and Taco Bell. They literally find the worst possible employees they can and then hire them. Now I get to fight with GrubHub AND Taco Bell for my money back and I want my tip back, too! I literally told the GrubHub delivery driver that I'm disabled (and I genuinely am, physically) and asked them to bring it inside my porch and knock on my door. My order of communication is to call (which you can see), none of which occurred. As you can see the driver left the order on the outside and in a wide open bag. Btw, That's not a receipt sticking to the bag it's an open 💰 with a sticker sticking up. I didn't get a receipt which is why I had to take screenshots of my GrubHub order. My last name is not Manarsh either, so the driver obviously can't match text from one order to text from another.
I feel bad for whoever was supposed to get these quesadillas because they look absolutely disgusting. They probably got my meal, which I doubt was prepared fresh because bc these quesadillas weren't fresh. You couldn't pay me enough to eat these things. I want ALL of my money back. Tip included.

Not only that, they be touching your food with the same gloves that they use to collect the money from customers.... No standards at all. They do one order at a time and when I say one order at a time, they really do one order, one item at a time. You order a combo meal and you're waiting 10 minutes for 1 combo meal. This isn't the only location that I've seen this in. Why even go to fast food to wait that long for reheated food that is already cooked. On top of that wait, imagine having to wait for a gig app driver to pickup your food and then drive it to you. The wait and the amount of money spent is definitely not worth it. Me and my friend ordered 40$ worth of food on Grubhub at 1:45am on grubhub it said we would be getting our food here from 2:30 to 3:08. No big deal. It was then pushed back to around 3:20+. Which was extremely weird because the place closed at 3. 7 minutes later the order was pushed back to 3:45 to 4 am. Which was ridiculous. The worst part was throughout all this grubhub wouldn’t let us cancel the order ourselves because it was “already being made”. 5 minutes later they canceled it.
