I couldn't find an appointment on the website for 10/16/23. I sent an email and left a message on the voicemail. I received a call back; at which point the young lady working fit me in that day ( the only day I had to get this done due to my work schedule). Upon finding out your Southboro location doesn’t do drug screens we were redirected to the location on Grove St in Worcester. And the location in Worcester was notified that we were on our way to do our drug screens. Upon arrival the facility was locked and on lunch for another 45mins. When I got there for a random drug test, there was nobody at the front desk and soon after a crew member came and said that I had to wait until the person that does the screening comes back from lunch break.
