Very pleased with our dinner. Me and my mother stopped here on our way back from our Montreal trip because we saw them on Phantom Gourmet. I got the pulled pork sandwich ($15) and for $2 extra I had onion rings on the side. The pork was tender, the bun was great and it was a decent size. But the onion rings were out of this world! So crispy and it had that nostalgic, diner taste to it. We shared some chicken wings for an appetizer ($13). 8 wings came with the order and they were cooked well and juicy. However, we didn’t like the BBQ sauce they were tossed in. It almost didn’t taste like BBQ sauce and it was way too heavy on the ketchup. If had no sweetness. My mom’s entrée was the tavern harvest grain bowl ($15). It had a bunch of healthy stuff on there, but the portion was huge and I had to finish it for her. It would be kind of boring if it wasn’t for the amazing ginger sauce they serve with it. My mom ordered a peanut butter stout for $6.50 and I ordered there shark bite cocktail for $10. The stout was really good, but I wasn’t a fan of my drink. It tasted water down and I couldn’t taste the alcohol. This restaurant is a really cool place to hang out and our server was so sweet and very attentive.

Fantastic place! We went on a busy Saturday so had a very reasonable 20 min wait. They took our number and texted us when they were ready, so we explored the plaza rather than sit around. Atmosphere was great. Not to loud that you couldn't hear yourselves speak, though some tables were a little close. Service was super friendly, not in your face and was perfect. The only minor nitpick, was the main course coming out a little quick, with not much time to finish the starter. The nacho waffle fries, were an amazing starter, very fresh. Country fried steak and the meatloaf both looked and tasted great, were really fresh and hot and the mash potato was especially good. Great selection of cocktails and beers and to nit pick, the rotating craft selections were all IPA's, but they had plenty of other selections to chose from and it was all very reasonably priced. We'll be back!

So angry with MYSELF for not having gone here sooner! The atmosphere was perfect. Busy enough to keep the lively feeling, but, not noisy like alot of the other pub style places in the area! Service from our waitress Colleen was nothing less than stellar! She was bright, attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable with the menu and just super bubbly! The food was beyond good! We started with the Buffalo Chicken Dip. Really good. I prefer shredded chicken for easier dipping, but, this was delish! My husband hand the branded BBQ Bacon Burger with hand-cut onion rings (almost as good as Kelley's in Revere 😉) and I had the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl with red quinoa and grilled veggies! Phenomenal! If you're looking for super service and fantastic food, make this your next stop! We will surely be making this a new regular stop for us!

I'm basing this review on the last few experiences I've had here and not solely on tonight's meal because honestly my meal tonight was the worst I've ever had from here. Usually the food is fresh, hot, flavorful, and visually pleasing and the staff are friendly with a warm atmosphere. We never get take out but I had a rough day at work and just wanted to order in. However, I ordered a BBQ flatbread that was visually a mess, all the toppings were messily and unevenly distributed, and the bread was soggy. We got a kids mac and cheese for my daughter that looked delicious and creamy but unfortunately was very bland. We'll definitely be back, but dine in only as I was really disappointed with this take out meal tonight.
