BoxDrop Mattress & Furniture Worcester, MA (Central Mass) — Hotel in Worcester

I had to use a different account to post a second review, since I posted one a few years ago, but it’s definitely warranted. A few years back, I purchased a beautiful full motion recliner couch, which is still going strong today and at that time their service was top-notch. We recently redid a room in our house and were looking for a smaller sectional to fit the space and give us more room for the family. As I always do, many days were spent browsing the web, but I always come here first before going anywhere else and I am glad I did again. It took roughly 3 minutes for my family to locate the couch that they instantly fell in love with. Lo and behold the measurements were exactly what I needed. It was a busy day and there were multiple families in the facility, but Lindsay was able to greet us as soon as we walked in the door and Sean was still able to come over to us within five minutes once he finished up helping another client. We completely understand that places get busy and sometimes you have to wait, so we wouldn’t have minded waiting 30 minutes if we had to. The price of the sectional was far lower than anywhere else I had looked, and the quality/brand is excellent. I needed this in time for the Thanksgiving holiday as we were hosting, and I needed more seating. Sean helped me load into my truck and off I went. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. After putting off mattress shopping for quote some time I decided to do some shopping. BoxDrop was my first and last stop needless to say.

My first appointment had to be rescheduled due to loss of power but Sean and Lindsey were very professional and reached out ahead of time, Sean met me the next day on a day were they are normally closed.

Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm smile and I was pretty excited. I had an idea of the exact mattress I wanted and knew I might now find it here. But after asking to my surprise they had in stock the exact mattress I wanted. Sean even recommended trying two others just to ensure I was making the right choice. Those options only confirmed my choice. After picking up the mattress and box spring and setting it up at home the bed sat a little lower than I'd like.the box spring was still in the plastic so I reached out to Sean and asked if it could be switched out for a higher sitting box spring. Sean was more than willing to swap it out at no additional cost or fee. As someone that works in sales I can be really picky. But this place and its wonderful staff really went above and beyond to make me happy.

Like I said this was my first stop and my last so make sure you give them the opportunity to earn your business you won't regret it.

P.s. i was in the market for two mattresses because I needed one for my guestroom and yes I pulled the trigger here on...

Went here on Tuesday, March 19th,2024. The husband and wife were very nice. We were looking to buy me a new mattress and boxspring set . We did, indeed, find a mattress and box spring set for me.

The warehouse was well - lit and spacious and had a variety of different mattresses to choose from. From different price ranges etc. We ordered a ( mid - ranged Mattress) .

They said it would be here by next Tuesday, but it came much earlier than anticipated. We were not a hurry for the set.

The biggest disappointment for them is their parking arrangements for their Guests / Customers. There is some parking availability on the side corner of the warehouse. But you need to schedule an appointment to come in and look around before going to " Box - Drop " , in Worcester, Massachusetts. They'll been in business at this location for over 5 years in Worcester Mass. The advantage for us is that we live less than a mile away from the warehouse. We plan on doing future business with them in the near future sometime buying stuff from them! Hope this brand - new mattress and boxspring set will be as comfortable as the " demo" was in the store or better , I know it will take a few days used to it yes, it's a new mattress and...
