THIS IS A FOR PROFIT STORE REPEAT YOU ARE NOT HELPING THE LESS FORTUNATE BY DONATING SOMEONES GETTING RICH BASED ON THESE DONATIONS PRICES LIKE NEW!!!I didn’t think savers Worcester could get worse. But the NEW MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST TBEYVE EVER HAD!!!! She the older thin lady with light brown hair!!!! OH MY GOD NO regard for patrons!! SHE LITERALLY TOLD ME THAT I WAS EXPECTED to acknowledge her if she said something to me!!! WHAT!!!?? SHEVWAS AS USUAL BEING RUDE CRUDE AND SOCIALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! She basically said at 744 we’re closing.” You need to walk to the front now”. I looked abs continued moving forward she said EXCUSE ME!!!!!!!! ID IM TALKING TO YOU YOU ACKNOWLEDGE ME !!! Wth?????? WHATS WRING WITHBTHIS WOMAN. now the staff is becoming like her. It only some. The Latino clothes hanger with bright apple red hair yelled at me and said GET OUTTA THE STORE LADY WE CLOSIN”. Again. WTH IS WRONG WITH TBESE PEOPLE. IVE NEVER had an experience like this I heard her demanding a man and his mom leave the racks and go to the register tonight. Unfortunately on any given night you will see this woman this manager if that’s what you call her behaving in such a way that is unbelievably rude and I am determined never to come back to the store I have already stopped shopping there as much as I used to and cut down on the amount I buy just because I am so angry that they would hire someone is rude and uncouth...

I go to this savers quite often, both to shop & donate. The store is huge and has a large variety of items. I do have several complaints — the prices of their dresses is absurd. Most are priced at $11.49. Considering dresses are often worn once for an event & not worn again, they are one of the least sustainable parts of a women’s wardrobe. To encourage women to shop for dresses secondhand, the prices shouldn’t be as high as they are. Other prices in general have also gone up. Sweaters are usually $9.49 or $7.49 & that’s just kind of high, especially considering the goodwill has all sweaters for $5.50. Jeans are up to like $15. I found a pair of beaten up kids vans for $40 - you can get kids vans new for that price. If you’re trying to promote sustainability and shopping secondhand, the prices should reflect that. Otherwise people will start going across the street to tj maxx where they can get these items for the same price as getting a used item. The cashier with the purple/blue shorter hair is also extremely rude to customers. She was very rude to an elderly lady asking a question because it was her first time at savers since they switched to self checkout. I had to go to her for an exchange and she acted very annoyed to actually have to be doing something instead of sitting on her phone and gave me some serious sass to the point where I almost said...

Jim is the worst manager I have ever experienced at this store he and Lola are so close they look like they're about to kiss every time I see them but he's too roton and she's too much of a gossip and running her mouth and to do anything else she's awful and fake and a gossip every time I come to this store all she does is talk about coworkers and how bad people are how bad the Shoppers are complain about what they do wrong if they put hangers in the wrong place she's mad about that if they have too much or complain about her she accuses them of stealing she is the worst addition to this store ever since she's come here I've hated shopping there ever since Jim has come I've hated shopping there they poison people with their horrible attitudes and they're horrible work ethic Lola is the worst customer service rep I have ever seen there and Jim is the worst manager lose them both or this store will never be right they accuse me falsely but I felt like this before they did it they've had it out ever since I complained about their awful ways and I won't take it back I'd rather never step foot in that store again all they do is smoke and talk about everybody I wish there were more managers like Heather good work ethic great personality and wonderful to be around Jim is the scum of the earth and Lola his sidekick Uncle Tom...
