Burlington — Local services in Worth Township

👋🏻 Hey fellow Google Mappers! ☺️ This was my first time going to the Burlington in the Chicago Ridge Mall. I was looking for shirts for my boyfriend and Burlington is my go to spot since they have entire section dedicated for big & tall men. I scored some really cool graphic tees for my boyfriend and even got myself a Lattafa perfume for $19.99. There’s 2 entrances to the Burlington, one towards the Chili’s & Kohl’s and the other is inside the mall. I wish they had a bathroom inside the Burlington because the bathroom in the Chicago Ridge Mall is quite a walk (it’s near the food court).

⭐️ Customer Service: The staff were friendly. The line wasn’t long when I came which was around 1-2 pm on a Monday, but I can imagine it being busy on the weekends. The security towards the entrance/exit of the mall was really friendly and checked my receipt.

🛒 Merchandise: This Burlington location has great inventory. You can find some good cologne/perfume here like the infamous & luxurious brand, Lattafa. My boyfriend is plus size and they had great inventory of plus size graphic tees.

🛍️ Overall Experience: Overall, I had a great shopping experience at Burlington at the Chicago Ridge location. The staff were friendly, great inventory, & affordable prices.

I know it's new, but it's disappointing how empty it is right now. I've definitely been to new stores before but never ever this bare. Also I walked away from my cart for maybe 2-3 minutes and an employee took it and emptied its contents so I had to go re-shop for it all. Luckily they basically just dumped it all on a nearby shelf. Hope to see the store filled with merchandise soon.

UPDATE Wanted to do a rebuttal. Since it first opened I've been back with a much Better experience. They store is now well stocked and more efficient. Looks like they just needed a minute to get it fully stocked and up and running smooth. I'll be back. Plenty!!! Do happy Burlington joined Chicago ridge Mall!!!...

Absolutely filthy store especially for being so new. I did not even waste my time to look at anything after seeing what shape the store was in. The employees were extremely rude, as I was walking in the store there was a worker with a shopping cart that looked like he was going to push it into me aggressively and his female co-worker just stood there and laughed. Very disrespectful and ignorant, maybe instead of standing in front of the store antagonizing customers they should stop being lazy and actually clean something. You can compare the cleanliness of the store to a town that was struck by a natural disaster....
