Hello, is there any email or contact person to put a complain against the manager at the location at the chicago ridge mall she was careless, dismisive, and with zero customer service skills I was requesting a 2 flavor incream on a small cup she just said no with an attitude she could have said ok but gotta charge a bit extra at the end it was the same amount of one scoop just little of one flavor and little of the other one then I requested an extra little cup and again with an attitude she said gotta charge it!.. it is not the money is the principal and the attitude, she should not be in charge of others training they will follow the same example poor customer service and bad attitud at the end she is the face of your location and she is not giving a good first impresion ... by reading the reviews a lot of people complain about your staff attitudes more than your product that should be a redflag. The mango was so hard and flavorless, I asked them if they could replace the mango for watermelon because I couldn’t even bite it and they refused. They told me the mango was out of season and that I should have asked if the fruit was good before ordering. Excuse me?! I’m assuming if you’re selling it that it’s edible and I’ve never had to ask at any other establishment if their fruit is good.
