My son got his ears pierced on January 5,2025 . Had a great experience the associate was knowledgeable and courteous. I was recommended by my oldest daughter. Came back January 11,2025 to get another piercing.Same location Chicago Ridge Mall next to Kohls . THIS ASSOCIATE ATTITUDE WAS VERY RUDE , JUST basically didn’t want to service us PLEASE MANANGEMENT LOOK AT CAMERAS PLEASE LOOK AT HER FACE FROWNED AND SCREWED UP THE WHOLE TIME ,IGNORING US ,DIDNT KNOW WHAT EARRING I WAS INQUIRING ABOUT JUST TERRIBLE!!!!!! Wish I can give a 0 star !!!! After I told my family member to get up she’s not piercing your ear with this attitude. Other customer’s start to look. I ask for her name ANGELIC if that’s even true. I called Claire’s customer service while outside but it’s Saturday approximately 12:03 p.m. and the office is closed. NEVER EVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS STORE WHAT ONCE WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE TURNED INTO I WILL NEVER RETURN AND ANYONE ASK I WILL TELL THEM HOW THAT ONE ASSOCIATE RUINED 😡...

I go here for cell phone covers! Yep. Claire's has the cutest covers at extremely responsible low prices. For the best phones. I got my ears pierced at a Claire's when I was 14, I won't say how many years ago that was. Its a great store for young ladies to go to get the most up to date jewelry fashions. At really responsible prices. This store is neat clean and well stocked and organized. The staff was great. Really, stop by and check out the cell phone cases. You won't believe the prices. The phone cover in the picture I bought at Claire's. It was $8.00. It was the cover for my I phone 11. It doesn't look like it but it's made of a stiff rubber. It held up really well, and you can't beat the price! I recommend checking...

I got my daughter's ears pierced here ( She is 4Month's)And they did a really good job although I felt it was kind of pricey for the earrings $59 but at least they are real 14k gold. The actual Piercing was free with the purchase of the earrings and they have have a wide variety of earrings to select from. The cheapest earrings they have are stainless steel and I think cost about $30. Overall I was satisfied with the service Claire's...
