Not a happy customer. I will never return here again. Simply put I walked in and was serviced by a young girl who was a student for a full set of acrylic no chip and wanted fall leaves design on two different nails. The design was chosen from there example nails. I showed her the design, picked a burnt orange polish too match the other 8 fingers. Turns out the girl wasn't able too paint the design chosen, I wanted round shaped nails. She only knew how to do squared, so they looked horrible. She was impolite and admitted she was not very good at understanding English at the end of my service. She wouldn't apologize until I said it was very necessary to let me know this from the start. The salon knew this. They had to. She asked if I wanted a pedicure at least three times. Turned out another girl had to fix my nails. Dropping 50+ dollars on a set of nails should be done right as asked and be a relaxing fun experience. I walked out regretting ever walking in there. My nails and color were ugly. Usually I go into a nail salon and walk out pampered and can't stop staring at my beautiful nails. Not here. It seems the prices are now sky high and good service is hit or miss at these walk in salons. Girls/ Guys how many times do you walk into one of these nail salons and you hear "Hi! Help You?!! Pick Color!

No warm welcome. Ladies don't ever tip until nails are complete. Hold onto tip until the very end. Never pay cash just in case you ever need to dispute the charge. Also becareful if it's your 1st time going into one of these salons since Covid began. They charge for every single little thing. One week and three chips on no chip polish. Unacceptable!...

Awesome service, the salon is always clean. Jill is the best I will keep going back to her and to fantastic Sam's for years to come. Their prices are fair not to outrageous. I recommend this place to everyone I meet....
