Unbelievable bad customer service on 1 /17/25. Not the heavy set guy doing all the shelf work, but the dude behind counter. 1st tells me a product's 2nd one is half price. Then tells me I have $10 in credit and shows I do spend money there.
Well they did not have the same size 2nd one and I would have to go to higher price one.
Ok, but he rings all my stuff up and over 55 dollars. And I would be charged for the bag, 50 cents.
I said fine. I saw the bill and asked if he took the $10 off? Him being the guy that told me about the credit a couple minutes ago, said he forgot about.
I said since he's charging me for the bag and allegedly forgot my credit he told me about. Take the item off he upsold me to get half price.
Came to 45. I said, then ... did you take the 10 off? Again within 2 minutes, allegedly he forgot again. So I spent less due to what seemed a hustle.
I said it's getting to the point it's better to buy FORCE FACTOR on line.
