I live out of State and wanted to have a delivery made to my in-laws for their anniversary. Due to allergies to flowers, I decided to send chocolates. They are partial to the mint meltaways. I ordered online but didn’t see where a personal note could be added so I called the store to inquire.. I was not merely satisfied with the customer service over the phone (by Valerie), but found her interaction to be exceptional. I could tell it was a busy time and she politely asked if she could call me back as she was about to help a gentleman carry a large order to his car. She called me back promptly and cheerfully went above and beyond to added a personal note to the package I was sending. My first time going to this location, after it being stationed at this address for years was back on April 15, 2023. The person serving candy on this day was lady by the name of Max. She was nice, hospitable and just a consummate professional. Because the second time I came to this location (ALMOST A WEEK LATER) the same person Max was there to service candy to the customers on this day. I usually visit the location downtown (NORTH MICHIGAN AVENUE) because it is bigger store with more of a variety but if I am ever in need for chocolate in the future this will probably be my go to location seeing is most locations are starting to close, again makes me filled...

I had a great experience here today. I was greeted immediately when I walked inside the store. They had a great selection. A young lady employee (Kitty) saw me contemplating and walked over to ask if I needed assistance. She helped me decide and she was extremely nice, warm and welcoming.
