Came in and told the girl I had an exchange but the other ones are being shipped, immediately the word exchange set her off. I told her if I have to return these then I’m not exchanging for anything here, just returning. The “manager” (Hispanic, chunky blonde highlights) gets another coworker (a black woman) with her and says it’s been worn and I said it has not been, I left it down and my cat must have laid on it before I got here. They immediately started with an attitude again, she said “sorry I can’t, I have to resell this and it has cat hair on it.” Like just let me find a lint brush or tape. the black woman said she’s not taking back one but she can do the other. So I was waiting with the who I thought was an employee who was behind the cash register and she gave me a dirty look and I’m like she said I can return this one not the other one, and she said “I’m not returning either of them” and I was confused and asked what she meant and she said she doesn’t care if that woman said it was returnable, she’s the manager and she doesn’t have to if she doesn’t want to” I asked for her name and she wasn’t wearing any kind of badge or ID so I asked her for both of their names and she said I don’t have to tell you my name or any of our names and I said that’s weird because aren’t you a manager? Why won’t you give your name? And Her words to me were pretty much like she told me because she doesn’t have to, and basically that no one will tell her name to make me feel powerless so that what she says goes and I can’t do anything. She gives her name to any customer she comes across but when there’s going to be consequences from her behavior, now she doesn’t have to give me her name. So I said I’m gonna call corporate because you are in my face and how disrespectful you’re being and she said “call corporate I don’t care, want the number?” mocking me. The tag on one of the hoodies fell out and when I turned around to go back to get it, she claimed to have “put the tag in the middle of the hoodie.” She did not. And she wouldn’t let me find it and she said she’s not looking, she gave it back to me in the hoodie. I thought about being done with VS but that isn’t fair because of two employees. The black woman was also very dismissive and aggressive towards me but she left after a few minutes. I am legally disabled and when she was aggressively being rude to me, I was having an okay day luckily so I could handle conflict, so I thought. My anxiety would not calm down for a while because her. I just thought about how differently that could have went and how bad it would be for a customer who can’t handle conflict as well.
I have made several complaints about her behavior, they did say they’re looking into it and it’s going to be handled accordingly which I appreciate. Because I never wanna shop there again, but at the same time, I don’t want to give her the satisfaction.
The first time I came in, I dealt with the sweetest girl, something with an L (?) and she was the reason I felt comfortable enough to buy all my purchases after that....

Either they have not enough cashiers or they are allowing people to walk away at checkout to go get other items. I understand trying to be compassionate towards your customers but if you forgot to get your free underwear with your coupon then you shouldn't be allowed to run back and take 10 mins before you come back. Stuff like that makes check out even longer. I've also asked people about sales on the floor and have one employee tell me it's part of a sale and have another tell me it isn't at checkout. Just constant miscommunication. They do have nice, energetic employees they just need to have better knowledge and judgement on their part. Read moreTheir semi annual sale was going and you'd think it's all picked over and you won't have anything to choose from etc. To my surprise they were well stocked, very organized as far as sizes in the correct place, all customer service representatives were kind and asked If everyone was okay, was able to get a fitting room with no issue and THE LINE?! It was seriously soooo long but they worked as a well oiled machine, great communication, got customers up to counter and checked out quickly (while still counting each item for accuracy) I be was happy with how much I was able to get!! Only complaint is my G.C was for $200 but only showed $100 so I'm not sure how I'm going to...
